First Counsel is handling a very high profile COO role which will see the post holder run a large, shared services function incorporating HR, finance and IT which serves a professional body/membership type organisation.

The role will be based either in London or Birmingham and will require significant amounts of time to be spent in both locations.

The candidate must be a qualified accountant and have large scale experience that has also taken in a remit covering other support services (ie HR and IT). Exposure to the professional services sector/environment is also very useful.
