This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to lead HR for a successful law firm. Reporting into the Chief Executive, and managing a small team, you will be responsible for the delivery of strategic and operational HR support to the business. Working across the firm's offices, you will be responsible for a broad role to include recruitment and retention; performance management; learning and development; financial and budget management and knowledge management. The role would suit candidates with previous experience of working within a partnership. Previous experience of working for a law firm is not essential.
