Position Summary
The successful applicant will be primarily responsible for all aspects of the Accounts Payable function and ensuring supplier payments are made in accordance with their terms. Additionally, they will be required to diversify from time to time to help with the overall running of the department, particularly during team members’ holiday absence.

Candidate Requirements
Necessary
Knowledge of Excel
Previous accounts payable experience, preferably within a law firm or a professional services firm
An understanding of VAT – When/how to apply, including international bills (EU/outside of scope)
Knowledge of the SAR
Desired
Experience with Barclays Internet Banking (BIB)
Ability to run reports – Pro Formas, WIP, A/R and credits
Experience in Elite
