This is an excellent opportunity for a talented legal secretary to join our client’s multi-accredited practice located in Chichester. Providing comprehensive administrative support to a team of fee earners specialising in personal injury, the successful secretary will undertake an array of duties allowing the fee earners time to focus on their clients.
• Use of case management systems
• Making appointments
• Diary management
• Audio typing
• Preparing mail
• Checking documents
• Document production
• Opening and closing files
• General administrative duties
• Liaising with clients and other professionals
• Legal secretaries with a minimum of one year’s experience
• Secretarial experience in personal injury is required
• Possess a good academic record
• Experience of personal injury portals would be highly advantageous
• Excel in communication both verbally and written
• IT proficient
