Legal 500 firm in Middlesex seeks a Document Management Assistant on a permanent part-time basis.
An exciting opportunity for a methodical, organised and efficient administration support person to join the new homes team. Due to continued expansion, our client is looking for a self-motivated individual looking to gain administrative experience within a professional services environment.
• Auditing files
• Cross-referencing paperwork against online case management system
• Closing and archiving files
• General administrative duties
• Photocopying, faxing, printing and scanning
• Assisting with filing
• Professionals with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in document management
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid academic background with GCSEs in English and Mathematics (or equivalent)
• IT proficiency
