Legal 500 accredited firm seeks a talented Junior Residential Conveyancing Fee-Earner on a full-time, permanent basis.

Joining this multi-office practice based in West Sussex, the successful candidate will develop their skills working alongside an experienced fee-earner.

• Freehold and leasehold
• Sales
• Purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Shared ownership schemes
• Rights to buy
• Transfer of equity
• Lease extensions
• Liaising with clients and other professionals

The Candidate
• Paralegals with a minimum of 1 years’ experience
• Experience within a residential conveyancing background is essential
• Possesses strong IT skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
