This is a fantastic opportunity for legal secretaries with 1+ year’s experience in residential conveyancing matters to join our client’s well-established firm in Gloucester. The successful candidate will provide support to a busy partner and work closely with paralegals, whilst proving their excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Typing various legal documents, correspondence and agreements
• Liaising with introducers and clients
• Providing updates regarding progress of transactions
• Completing SDLT returns, HMRC returns
• Completing local land searches
• Updating and maintaining client records
• General administrative duties
• Legal secretaries with at least 1 year’s experience
• Previous experience with residential conveyancing matters is highly desirable
• Outstanding typing skills
• IT proficiency
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
This rapidly-expanding firm invests significantly in training staff and updating systems and processes to provide the best possible level of client care. The firm is now looking for a legal secretary to join the residential conveyancing team in their offices located on the outskirts of the beautiful cathedral city of Gloucester, benefiting from excellent road and rail links.
