This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Dispute Resolution Legal Secretary to join our client’s bespoke practice in Camberley. The successful candidate will work in a flexible, supportive and encouraging environment, whilst assisting fee earners specialising in dispute resolution matters.
• Providing general secretarial support
• Preparing correspondence, documents, emails and faxes
• Editing speech recognition documents
• Diary management
• File opening and closing
• Minute taking at departmental meetings
• Producing court bundles
• Collating documents
• Dealing with client enquiries both in person and by phone
• Liaising with the accounts department over billing queries
• Legal secretaries with a minimum of 1 year’s experience
• Computer literacy with good keyboard and typing skills
• Previous experience of practice management systems and CRM systems is essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both on your own and as part of a team
