Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Completions Assistant with excellent communication skills and an approachable personality. The successful Completions Assistant will liaise with clients, lenders and other lawyers daily, ensuring updates are recorded and communicated to the head of the conveyancing department in a professional manner.
- Preparing completions statements
- Liaising with clients and external professionals
- Dealing with new enquires and instructions
- File management
- Maintaining financial accounts
- Transfer of titles
- Land registry applications
- Stamp duty
- File opening and closing
- General office administration
- A legal secretary or paralegal with at least one years’ experience
- Great attention to detail
- Communicate in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work on own initiative and in a team
- Energetic and willing to learn
