The Role
New opportunities has arisen for Conveyancing Assistants/Fee Earners to join our clients’ busy department in Talbot Green. Working well under minimum supervision, you will have solid background in Conveyancing and be confident in progressing property matters from instructions through to completion. Your duties will include: submitting and reviewing searches; preparing contract packs; file management; conducting legal research; investigating titles and; completion and post completion works. You will be supporting fee earners while undertaking some fee earning duties. Successful Conveyancing Assistants will regularly be liaising with clients and other professionals involved in property transactions so having excellent communication skills is ideal. The Candidate
You must be a Paralegal or Fee Earner with solid experience within a Conveyancing department;
You must be conversant with the Land Registry Portal;
The ability to progress files from instruction to completion is essential;
You will be able to handle your workload under minimum supervision;
You will be able to work well within a team;
You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
