Opportunity well suited to a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) who wants to continue to develop within a complex and dynamic Financial Accounting role.

The successful applicant will be joining one of the world’s largest law firms in the City of London. A highly successful firm with a diverse, motivated and talented work force, you’ll be working within a close-knit and sociable team, and enjoy a very competitive benefits package.

Responsible for the financial reporting for a number of entities (LLP and Limited companies) you’ll work closely with the London Financial Controller, supporting with complexities of cross boarder accounting, reacting to business growth and changes, investigating and solving problems, and helping to identify and implement process and systems improvements.

You will enjoy working with autonomy in the role, but will also engage with colleagues across the firm’s global network of offices, and with external auditors, building trusted relationships. There will also be the opportunity for some infrequent travel to overseas offices, including the US.

Experience of producing financial statements under UK GAAP for LLPs and Limited Companies is essential, alongside advanced Excel. A self-motivated, proactive nature also suits the working environment, with the ability to effectively prioritise your workload.
