Helpdesk / Support Analyst

Helpdesk / Support Analyst required to provide first line and second line support for a thriving global law firm within London to be part of a team within a professional services company. This role suits anyone with a keen interest in IT Support, looking to develop new skills and progress in their career within IT!

Working as a Helpdesk / Support Analyst your key responsibilities should include:

  • Operation of a help desk facility for users throughout the law firm by providing desktop support
  • Resolving IT Support issues, aiming to resolve as many calls as possible as the first point of contact
  • Supporting users remotely and face to face
  • To escalate calls internally and with third parties
  • Responding to "How do I.." queries

Your technical knowledge should cover as many of the following as possible:

  • Windows 7 / Windows 10
  • Office 2010 / Office 2016
  • Laserform
  • Bighand
  • Workshare
  • Active Directory - User Admin
  • Autonomy Worksite/Filesite
  • Windows Server 2003/2008
  • Citrix
