Helpdesk /Support Analyst


Helpdesk / Support Analyst required to provide first-line support for a thriving global law firm based in London. This role suits anyone with a keen interest in IT Support, looking to develop new skills and progress in their career!

Working as a Helpdesk / Support Analyst your key responsibilities will include:

  • Operation of a help desk facility for users throughout the law firm
  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Responding to "How do I.." queries
  • Resolving IT Support issues, aiming to resolve as many calls as possible as the first point of contact
  • Following "scripts" when handling different topics
  • Identifying clients needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
  • To escalate calls internally and with third parties

Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Windows XP / Windows 7/ Windows 10
  • Office 2003 / Office 2010 / Office 365
  • BigHand
  • Workshare
  • Active Directory - User Admin
  • Windows Server
  • Experience working within a professional service environment (Finance, Accounting, Legal is desirable but not essential)
