IT Support Analyst

IT Support Analyst required by a leading Global law firm, the role is based out of there London office and is a mixture of BAU support and project work. The majority of the role is 1st/2nd line support but you will also assist the firm with their Windows deployment.

Responsibilities will include:
* Deal with issues escalated from 1st line team
* Proactively monitor the Service Desk inbox
* Investigating Technical issues with PCs, Laptops
* Provide desk side visits
* Building and installing PCs and Laptops, monitors and mobile devices
* Handling 'How do I' queries, informing users of progress with issues
* Following the Major Incident process by identifying major support incidents and liaising with support teams
* Process management such as new joiners
* Preserving of user accountants on various systems, including AD and Exchange
Technical knowledge of the below:
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Windows 7 and 10 desirable
* Knowledge of mobile technology - iPhone, Android , Blackberry
* Previous experience working with Document Management System - Filesite desirable
* Experience with Active Directory domains
* Experience with service management software
To be successful in securing the role you should have previous experience contracting within a professional service environment. Legal experience is desirable - Accountancy, Finance experience will also be considered.
Good customer service is essential.
