IT Support Analyst Analyst
IT Support Analyst required to provide remote and Deskside support for a global law firm based in London. This role suits anyone with a keen interest in providing a high level of IT Support who is looking to develop new skills and progress in their career!
Working as an IT Support Analyst your key responsibilities will include:
- Operation of a help desk facility for users throughout the law firm
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Responding to “How do I..” queries
- Resolving IT Support issues, aiming to resolve as many calls as possible as the first point of contact
- Identifying clients needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
- To escalate calls internally and with third parties
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience working on a busy service desk
- Windows 7/ Windows 10
- Office 2003 / Office 2010 / Office 365
- Active Directory – User Admin
- Knowledge of Document Management Systems
- Previous experience working within a professional service environment is highly desirable (Legal, Accounting, Finance)
