IT Support Analyst  Analyst

IT Support Analyst required to provide remote and Deskside support for a global law firm based in London. This role suits anyone with a keen interest in providing a high level of IT Support who is looking to develop new skills and progress in their career!

Working as an IT Support Analyst your key responsibilities will include:

  • Operation of a help desk facility for users throughout the law firm
  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Responding to “How do I..” queries
  • Resolving IT Support issues, aiming to resolve as many calls as possible as the first point of contact
  • Identifying clients needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
  • To escalate calls internally and with third parties

Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience working on a busy service desk
  • Windows 7/ Windows 10
  • Office 2003 / Office 2010 / Office 365
  • Active Directory – User Admin
  • Knowledge of Document Management Systems 
  • Previous experience working within a professional service environment is highly desirable (Legal, Accounting, Finance)
