Knowledge Manager

Brand new role in global real estate consultancy managing a major information and knowledge project. Great role for BD professional with excellent project management skills.  London based.

 

This global property consultancy is really investing in its client development function and as part of this has created a new role to consolidate all client information into a centralised knowledge hub.  You will lead the creation, development and maintenance of this hub.  This will involve:

 

  • Conducting an audit of client information;
  • Working with the sales, client, bid and marketing teams and also the service lines to establish their requirements and establish where information is currently held;
  • Working with the IT team to develop a platform;
  • Collating the information and establishing what could be of use to the business;
  • Maintenance of the platform;
  • Working with the marketing and sales functions to provide reporting and analysis.

 

You will have strong business development skills gained in a professional services environment as well as excellent project management skills and experience of managing large firmwide projects.  Experience of SharePoint is desirable. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a major project and have a major impact on the business.
