This is a rare opportunity for legal executives and paralegals with experience in planning to join our client’s bespoke firm in Wellingborough. The successful candidate will support most effective implementation of existing planning permissions and securing new consents.
• Assisting in securing new planning permissions
• Statutory appeals
• Researching local planning authority policies and planning register records
• Researching and identifying national planning policy framework
• National planning practice guidance provisions
• Liaising with LPA
• Negotiating and settling the content of planning obligations and planning conditions
• Instructing and liaising with external consultants
• Legal executives and paralegals with at least 1 years’ experience in planning
• Ability to drive own vehicle is essential
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Reader and internet accessed search engines
• Excellent communication skills
• Commercially aware
