An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an ambitious Paralegal to join a busy Private Client team in the Brighton area.

Working under the close guidance of solicitors within the team, the successful Paralegal will initially provide hands-on assistance with all aspects of private client matters.


- Compiling applications to the Court of Protection
- Managing deputyship files
- Will drafting
- Administration of estates
- Dealing with new enquires
- Drafting LPAs
- Liaising with clients and third parties
- Preparing accounts
- Supporting administration

The Candidate

- A Paralegal having gained a law degree
- With a strong academic background, ideally within private client law
- Able to prioritise work under minimum supervision
- Communicate in a clear and concise manner at all times
- Be client focused and demonstrate excellent attention to detail
- A flair for marketing and business development is desirable
