An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Billing Coordinator to join an elite tier, US and international law firm based in the City of London on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to work for an award winning law firm, located in the City of London and in close proximity to all the City’s mainline stations.

The Senior Billing Coordinator is responsible for the completion of all facets of the billing and collection function. The position requires the preparation of client invoices, as well as monitoring and follow-up after they are sent.

Responsibilities include working with the Billing Manager, Senior Billing Coordinators and firm Partners to proactively administer their billing responsibilities, preparation and processing of timely and high quality invoices (multi-currency included), and monitoring and follow-up on outstanding receivables – inclusive of E-Billing.  The Billing Coordinator is expected to perform all job duties with a commitment to providing superior service to clients and attorneys while producing a high quality work product.

The ability to multi-task and prioritise is essential. Opportunities to expand responsibilities and progress within the Billing Services function are available for individuals based on strong performance and the desire to grow.

Ideal candidates should be educated to A-Level, and/or GCSE standard and must have achieved A-C/9-4 grades in Math’s and English.  A minimum of 5 years experience working in a similar capacity within a law firm  or professional services environment is essential in order to be considered for this position.  Experience using Elite is highly desirable and the successful applicant will need to possess strong IT skills and be flexible to adjust their working hours occasionally in order to meet operating requirements.

The firm is offering a competitive salary of between £45,000 and £48,000, dependent upon experience plus market leading benefits.
