Ambition are partnering with an exciting legal brand who have created a brand new client relationship role with the premise of key account management of the firm's highest revenue clients. The role will naturally work with clients from a variety of sector and you will be the lead individual working on this from a strategic standpoint alongside the Head of.
As the role is focusing on the firm's key clients this will not be a new business role and will very much focus on key account managing the existing client base. We will be looking for someone who is commercially focused and has a prior track record of client-facing work and coaching partners around effective CRM. The role will also give you the responsibility of running the client listening programme and you will be required to skilfully market map clients for optimising cross-selling within the business.
The firm have a fantastic collaborative culture and don't recruit too frequently at the senior management level & given this is a newly created role it's a bit of a unique opportunity. We ideally believe this will be suited to someone already within a client-facing role but we may consider current business development professionals if you can demonstrate strong exposure to CRM programmes.
Legal experience would be preferred but we won't rule out applications from individuals currently operating in wider professional services, in particular from a management consultancy or accountancy background.
