Service Desk Analyst - Law Firm

Service Desk Analyst required by Top Law Firm based in the City of London. 

The Firm
A leading law firm with over 700 users and a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from Global corporate entities to start-ups. The firm is undergoing an IT refresh programme including a new Document Management System. 

The Role
You will be the main escalation point for the 1st line team, you will also assist the Service desk lead in any projects, implementations and continual process improvement.

Responsibilities and experience;

  • MS Office 2007/2010: You will have strong knowledge of MS Word (from the creation of temples to troubleshooting corruptions, etc.) and MS Outlook in particular.
  • Mobile Device Technology: You should demonstrate a good knowledge of Smart Phones: iPhones, Android, Blackberrys
  • Audio Visual and Telephony hardware set-up and support
  • Ticket and help centre articles management 
  • Systems Admin; creation of users, deleting leavers on AD and Exchange
  • PC and Laptop build/desk moves
