Are you interested in gaining experience in a large commercial law firm? Would you like to gain an understanding of what goes on "behind the scenes"? Are you enthusiastic, pro-active and keen to learn? If all of the above rings true, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are looking for a Data Assistant to join us on a fixed term contract basis to assist the team during an improvement project.

For every client that we work with, a number of essential checks need to be performed. You will be part of the friendly, hardworking team that carry out this essential background work.

You will already have an interest in data processing work, to further this insight we will provide full training on our processes, procedures and in-house systems. You will already have a keen eye for detail and be able to work accurately to maintain the integrity and quality of our data.

You will enjoy communicating with lawyers and your colleagues in the wider finance function. You can expect to become a 'go to' person for enquiries and will always ready to respond in an efficient and professional manner.

A good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook especially) is essential.
