We are recruiting for a Senior HR Business Partner on behalf of our client, a truly global law firm based in central London, to lead the HRBP team in the delivery of projects, HR strategies/plans and the implementation of key firmwide people related initiatives.

 

The Senior HRBP will be responsible for managing projects end to end, talent management, delivering performance management, budgeting, workforce planning, TUPE and change management.

 

Working with and providing support to specialist teams, your key duties will include:

  • Leading the HRBP team, offering guidance and support
  • Driving forward the people strategy encompassing continuous feedback initiatives, diversity and inclusion, employer branding etc
  • Advising and coaching partners and managers on business decisions and directions, ensuring the balance between employment legislation and commercial approach is maintained
  • Managing projects end to end from inception to completion

 

You will be fully CIPD qualified, with solid experience in a generalist advisory role as well as project management experience, ideally within a professional services environment. Having a good understanding and practical experience of complex ER and L&D delivery is essential, as is the ability to contribute to the wider business. Your can-do mentality and energetic outlook will ensure your credibility at all levels of the firm, enabling you to successfully drive and implement strategic change and build strong internal relationships. You will have a track record of coaching, motivating and influencing at management level, and possess a strong financial acumen.
