Continuous Improvement Manager - Up to £75,000


Our client is a top-tier law firm, who are looking for an Continuous Improvement Finance Lead to join their team on a permanent basis. The team work closely with the business support and legal services teams to deliver innovation projects which aim to improve client value and experience. You will deliver innovation related business change & technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:

·You will be responsible for maximising project impact through quality of solution design

·You will be required to lead and direct cross-discipline project teams to ensure timely delivery of projects

·You will build and maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders from various practice areas within the firm

·You will be responsible for conducting the project presentations and compiling reports

Skills and Qualifications:

·A minimum of 3 years’ experience in process improvement, continuous improvement, or change management within finance process is essential.

·Experience within a law firm or similar professional services environment is essential

·Must have previous experience working in an innovation team and working on projects that involve automation, data analytics

·Must have Change Management experience
·Process improvement experience is advantageous
