Our client, a leading US law firm, is seeking to hire an E-Discovery & Practice Support Coordinator; an integral role in their busy London office.

They are looking to recruit an experienced E-Discovery Coordinator to be the primary case team liaison and to consult/manage on all aspects of the electronic discovery process including: identification, preservation, collection, analysis, review and production of electronic data. The successful applicant would also be responsible for managing the teams to ensure the operations are executed to a high standard.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assess Electronic Discovery project at a high level and devise functional components from start to finish;
  • Present internal processing and review capabilities to the case teams;
  • Electronic Discovery internal processing scheduling and expectation setting;
  • Maintain processing logs, exception reports, chain of custody to increase data integrity and defensibility;
  • Implement quality checking procedures in data processing and productions;
  • Maintain best practices in handling various ED processes;
  • Test and recommend evolving ED technology to Practice Support;
  • Effectively apply project management lifecycle for electronic discovery projects to ensure work is done to client satisfaction and company standards;
  • Continuously monitor and manage multiple e-discovery projects to ensure deadlines are met.

This is a brand new permanent and standalone role in London reporting in to the US. A strong character alongside technical ability will be required in order to succeed in this position. A highly competitive salary range of £70-90k is on offer and the interview process is due to commence ASAP.

Ideal candidates will be degree educated with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Litigation/Practice Support Specialist.
