My client, a leading global law firm based in the City, is looking to recruit a HR Administrator on a 3-month fixed term contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside HR Business Partners in a globally recognised law firm.

The HR Administrator will provide full administrative support to the HR Business Partners and Benefits team, often working with colleagues in national offices.

Key duties will include:

  • Overseeing the administration of the joiner and leaver processes, ensuring all appropriate paperwork is prepared and documented
  • Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners, including producing documentation, note taking and disciplinary meetings.
  • General HR queries and administrative support
  • Work alongside the Benefits team in managing benefits delivered
  • Manage data on internal HR systems

The role would suit someone with a strong drive to work within a legal or professional services HR team. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to hit the ground running. Confidence to work with senior stakeholders is a must, as is the willingness to go above and beyond. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure you continuously provide high quality administrative support.
