Well-regarded and high-performing Richmond firm is offering career progression for a dedicated Finance and Office Manager.

Joining the administration department, the successful office and finance manager will undertake a range of administrative and finance duties. Supporting the expert fee earners, the ideal candidate will be self-motivated and work well on your own initiative.  

Responsibilities

- Overseeing the day to day accounts function
- Supervising the legal cashier
- Assisting the accountants with the SRA annual audit
- Processing VAT returns and payments
- Assisting with month and year-end processes
- Liaising with banks, accountants and facilities management
- Dealing with all supplier contracts
- Maintaining holiday and sickness records
- Weekly and monthly reporting to the partners
- Assisting with practising certificate, insurance, CQS accreditation and mortgage panel membership renewals
- Providing holiday and sickness cover to the legal cashier

The Candidate

- Applications are encouraged from experienced office and finance managers with a minimum of five years’ experience
- Must have an Institute of Legal Finance and Management Diploma or be at ILFM Associate level
- Knowledge of the Solicitors Accounts Rules is essential
- A keen eye for detail and professional approach to your work
- Demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills
