Costs Draftsperson required for a Legal 500 law firm in the Merseyside area, our client is offering an excellent salary of £25,000 to £30,000 per annum.

The successful Costs Draftsperson will manage a varied workload, supporting a professional team and taking on a wide range of responsibilities.


- Preparation of bills for costs
- Costs budgets
- Responding to points of dispute
- Claimant and defendant costs files
- Opposing claimant bills
- Drafting costs budgets
- Negotiating with opponents in relation to costs

The Candidate

- Costs draftsperson with at least 2 years’ experience within the legal framework
- Comprehensive knowledge of lathe w of costs is essential
- Strong IT skills as well as numerical data analysis
- Experience in legal research and case building
- Professional and able to organise your workload to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
