London-based Business Development Manager role in leading international law firm supporting its innovative tech-led productised services offering, salary up to £65,000

Located in the heart of London, this Business Development Manager role is with one of the world’s leading law firms. Supporting the firm’s innovative productised and tech-led alternative legal services proposition, this broad position encompasses all aspects of business development within a market leading practice. The role will involve relationship building, strategy and planning, pitches and key client activities, focusing on supporting the day-to-day and strategic BD requirements of the practice. The practice is seen as integral to the success of the business and has grown and grown in recent years. The business development team aligned to it is also set to grow so this is an excellent opportunity to move into a role with excellent long-term potential.

Responsibilities will include:

·         Building strong relationships, becoming a trusted advisor in the practice;

·         Developing and implementing a business development strategy;

·         Preparing and executing client plans for strategic and prospective clients;

·         Forging relationships across the wider business in order to promote and cross-sell the offering;

·         Drafting and project managing all aspects of tender responses and pitches.

The successful applicant will be an experienced business development/marketing professional, with experience of leading pitches, building strategic relationships and managing clients expected. Experience of working on alternative tech-based offerings would be beneficial although not essential.
