A leading law firm based in central London are currently looking to recruit a HR Administrator on a permanent basis.

The HR Administrator will provide general administrative support to the HR Operations team and for the firm. The key duties will include:

  • Be the first point of contact for HR queries
  • Coordinate the employee onboarding process
  • Coordinate the induction programme
  • HR systems administration
  • Booking external training courses
  • Review and update probation reviews/appraisals
  • Ad hoc project work including CSR, Diversity and Inclusion, Training Recruitment and Summer vacation Scheme projects

The HR Administrator will be well organised and will have excellent communication skills. The right candidate will have a genuine interest in HR and administration and a willingness to learn. They will have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and will take direction well.
