We are currently recruiting for a Compensations Manager on behalf of our client, an elite tier US law firm in the heart of the City.

This position will sit within the wider HR team and the successful applicant will be responsible for the organisation of the firm’s annual compensation cycle – covering all analytical operations.  

Candidates for this role should have a strong compensation analytics background as well as highly developed stakeholder management skills and excellent communication skills.  The successful applicant should also be established in frequently liaising with stakeholders across all levels of seniority as this is a highly involved, global role.

Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Working within the wider HR projects team to set up the firms annual compensation process
  • Data focused operations – benchmarking across all services, underpinning market data
  • Operational management

This is a permanent role paying a highly competitive salary of up to £75k per annum + full firm benefits.
