Timeslice are based in new offices in Greenwich London. We develop and support Lawman, our leading Practice, Document, Email, Marketing and Workflow System used by leading UK, Channel Islands and also International  Law Firms.

In order to maintain the highest levels of customer service we are looking to add to our dedicated support team. You will be working with a friendly, knowledgeable close knit team who value client support.

Experience required: (Two roles)

1)  Support and Data Analyst with Accounts/Legal Accounts - Require a combination of legal accounts knowledge and data analysis skills to assist in problem diagnosis and resolution.
Excel, Windows and Microsoft Office Skills needed.
Office based role with occasional visits to Client Offices 

2) We also are seeking a more general support analyst with excellent experience of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel  and ideally legal software applications to support the wide userbase within the Lawman community. Office based role with occasional visits to Client offices.

Training in the Lawman Practice Management System will be provided.
