Service Desk Analyst

Service Desk Analyst required for a global Law Firm based in the City of London. You will be required to provide 1st and 2nd line remote support, escalating to the technical team.

Responsibilities will include:

* Act as the first point of contact providing 1st line support to over 1000 users
* Record and monitor all calls and action taken on Service Desk
* Occasionally Provide desk side visits
* Building and installing PCs and Laptops, monitors and mobile devices
* Handling 'How do I' queries, informing users of progress with issues
* Following the Major Incident process by identifying major support incidents and liaising with support teams

Skills required:

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Windows 7 and 10 desirable
* Good knowledge Practice Management System/ Document Management System
* Experience with Active Directory domains
* FlieSite experience is essential
* Excellent customer service skills

To be successful you should have previous experience contracting within a legal firm. You must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and problem solving skills, this is an exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to develop their experience working in a professional service environment working with a successful and independent firm.
