IT Trainer

IT Trainer required by the London office of a highly regarded Global Law Firm. We are looking for an innovative IT Trainer who is used to providing a proactive and successful service to delegates in either legal or professional services. You may already be working in a firm like this, or you might be at a training company working with these kinds of firm and looking to move in house.

This is a permanent opportunity to exercise your skills within one of the City's leading American law firms. They are looking for a professional trainer who enjoys seeking out opportunities to assist with skills training, and would relish a mix of classroom training, webinars, individual coaching and E-Learning.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Delivering Training on systems, applications and devices, including bespoke software, to ensure best practice use
* Performing full lifecycle training including TNA, Course Design, Delivery and Review
* Designing and Creating QRGs, Video Casts, E-Learning, and traditional courseware
* Regular floor-walking and training sessions
* Providing feedback, reports and statistics relating to all training and skills transfer
* Performing training needs analysis and follow-up across all areas of the firm
* Work with other departmental heads to provide relevant training to their respective team members

Desirable Skills:

* Proven and demonstrable experience as an IT Trainer / Systems Mentor, working in a pragmatic fashion and displaying impeccable customer skills
* iManage Filesite/Worksite (DMS)
* Deep knowledge of Windows 7/10
* Microsoft Office 2016 / O365 suite
* Knowledge and experience of training Bespoke Business Systems
* Ability to adapt quickly to new applications and technologies
