3rd Line Support Analyst - (DMS, Worksite/iManage, Windows Server, SQL, MS Office, Active Directory, London)
Our client is a leading provider of software solutions for professional services firms. Due to rapid growth and high demand for resources they now have an opportunity for a 3rd Line Support Analyst.
You will work as part of team, and use your experience to take lead in certain projects. This role reports directly to the Service Desk Team Leader. The support group are responsible for dealing with all client support cases, monitoring client’s systems, assisting clients with product enquires and updates, new vendor product development and other tasks as directed by senior management.
You will need to have confidence to troubleshoot & fault find on clients systems with technologies such as:
Microsoft Windows server & client
Active Directory & networking principles
iManage / Worksite / Filesite / Document Management Systems
You will have supported iManage/Worksite or similar Document Management Systems and will have a good grasp of Sql Server.
You will also have previous client facing experience, able to work as a team player and show and ability to liaise with customers at varying levels.
You need to be self motivated with a willingness to learn and develop.
