Technical Support Consultant - (DMS, Worksite/iManage, Windows Server, SQL, MS Office, Active Directory, London)
Our client is a leading provider of software solutions for professional services firms.
Due to rapid growth and high demand for resources they now have an opportunity for a Technical Support Consultant.
You will work as part of team, and use your experience to take lead in certain projects. This role reports directly to the Global Head of Client Services. The support group are responsible for dealing with all client support cases, monitoring client’s systems, assisting clients with product enquires and updates, new vendor product development and other tasks as directed by senior management.
You will need to have confidence to troubleshoot & fault find on client’s systems with technologies such as:
iManage / Worksite / Filesite / Document Management Systems
Microsoft Windows server & client
Active Directory & networking principles
You will have supported iManage/Worksite or similar Document Management Systems and will have a good grasp of SQL Server.
Some previous client facing experience would be highly desirable, be able to work as a team player and show an ability to liaise with customers at varying levels.
You need to be self motivated with a willingness to learn and develop.
