In recent years marketing and business development has been transformed in recent years into a strategic function and is about to enter the next phase of growth with the appointment of a new Business Development & Marketing Director.
In this new Director level appointment you will be responsible for developing and implementing an innovative and global marketing and business development strategy. You will develop a new brand, work with partners to drive behavioural change towards targeting new business and developing growth from existing client. You will develop go-to-market channels, manage the firm’s PR agency and develop an internal communications capability. You will manage and grow a marketing and business development function ensuring that they are adding value to partners through encouraging cross-selling and collaboration across the globe.
You will have significant experience of leading a marketing and business development function within the legal sector. You will have international experience, ideally with experience of working with US, Middle East or Asia-Pacific regions. You will be innovative, a change agent and have the gravitas to influence partners and take them on an exciting journey. International travel will be a key requirement of this role.
