This international law firm works from over 20 global offices, their work is cross-border, high profile and complex. They work across many business area including; insurance, energy, corporate and dispute resolution.
They are now looking to hire a Quality Assurance Analyst to join the Finance department. The purpose of this role is to complete file reviews to ensure they are in line with SLAs.
Complete Client file reviews to monitor adherence to SLA's and internal performance standards
Produce audit performance reports, identifying areas for improvements
Work with Partners to deliver feedback to fee earners
Track the completion of remedial action and ensure the actions are effective
Engage with team project work, to include designing and delivering training
Ensure SLAs are reviewed within QAT
Develop the efficiency of systems in extracting data, for ease of production of audit reports
Provide quality audit data and information for pitch documents
Review and prepare files for Client audits
Manage all ad hoc audit requests from QA Managers
The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of insurance litigation processes
Experience within an insurance claims related environment, ideally within legal services
Proven audit and technical skills; Demonstrable success in managing audit processes
Ability to manage more than one project at a time
Strong consulting, influencing and communication skills
