This is a unique chance to join a leading international law firm in a pure client development focussed role. Still retaining a varied remit; we’re looking for a commercial and client orientated professional to join a growing team in a role that will have hands on management of both priority clients, and have a strong hand in the ongoing development of the firm’s client feedback and development strategy.
Helping shape the firms approach to commercial relationship management; this role will involve building internal bridges to make the most out of the firm’s key relationships, and act in a client facing capacity, meeting clients to conduct feedback reviews and implement a firm wide client listening programme. Working on wider projects alongside teams such as learning and development, corporate responsibility and knowledge management you will fully imbed client development within the infrastructure of the firm.
Successful candidates will have a proven background working in a client led BD or client development role, and given the nature of the firm’s programme being in a developmental stage, someone that can work autonomously and gain credibility with senior leadership will be pivotal to the success of the programme.
