Deskside Support Analyst / Technical Support - Windows, PC, Laptops, Office, Legal Apps

Deskside Support Analyst / Technical Support required by London office of a Global Law firm. As a Deskside Support Analyst you will work alongside 4 technical analysts looking after the firms users. You'll be responsible for all IT support needs, resolving issues escalated from the 1 st and 2 nd line team in regards to applications, desktop build and configuration, and back end applications administration. Where support calls require it you'll also have opportunity to visit users at the desk to assist with hardware issues / networking / VoIP.

Key experience required:

* Working on a high quality IT Support team
* Configuring and deploying applications
* Mobile Device Technology: You should demonstrate good knowledge of PDAs, Smart Phones, BYOD, Apple technology (iPads)
* Imaging and configuring PCs, laptops, and mobile devices
* MS Office 2007/2010 Support: Word & Outlook in particular
* Updating support calls in the service management tool
* Being involved in their 'Tech bar' which involves spending a week a month supporting users who come and requite IT assistance.
* Tagging and tracking IT Assets
