Service Desk Support Analyst - Property Brokers
Service Desk Support Analyst required to join a dedicated team of professional analysts responsible for providing world-class support for a global Property Brokers firm.
Key experience required:
* Demonstrable experience as a 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst, delivering impeccable customer service and performing at the highest level.
* Diverse technical skills and highly proficient in the use and support of Windows 7 O/S, Windows 2012 Server, Office 2010/13, Exchange 2010.
* The above will ideally have been gained within a professional services environment.
The role will be varied and involve plenty of proactive, project-based work aside from just day-to-day BAU support.
