Our client is a leading international law firm, and they are looking for an experienced recruitment professional to join their team. Working with the Head of Resourcing, you will be responsible for both business services recruitment across the firm’s London and regional offices. Duties for the role to include:
* Management of the end to end recruitment process, including key stakeholder relationships throughout the process
* Using social media as an effective recruitment tool, including job boards and LinkedIn
* Interviewing prospective candidates and management of feedback throughout the process
* Overseeing recruitment budgets
To apply for this role, experience of an in-house recruitment function, gained within a professional services (ideally legal) environment is essential. Experience of conducting interviews and screening CVs is also essential for the role.
