Most importantly it takes marketing and business development seriously with a growing team that has been transformed in recent years into a strategic function.
In these brand new Senior Business Development Executive growth roles, you will either be aligned to the construction sector or the commodities sector. These are new roles due to increased demand by the partners for business development. You will lead on all business development and marketing activities for the group, working with partners to develop and implement the BD strategy for the group including managing the budget. You will raise the brand profile of the group through creative comms, thought leadership, events and awards/directory submissions. You will manage the key clients for the group and encourage cross-selling. You will lead on bids and proposals, conduct market and client research and play an advisory role to partners.
You will have a proven track record in business development within a professional services environment, ideally within a law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a business development executive with some exposure to planning and leading on initiatives to take a step up to the next level. Experience of the construction sector or international trade/commodities is desirable. You will have gravitas and the ability to influence and persuade partners.
