Service Delivery Coordinator / Senior Analyst - ServiceNow, ITIL

Service Delivery Coordinator / Senior Analyst required by global Consultancy with presence in 30 countries worldwide.

They are seeking a Senior Analyst and Service Delivery Coordinator to oversee the entire EMEA region (in conjunction with counterparts in the US and Asia) in delivering effective support and high levels of customer satisfaction to all 18 European offices and subsidies.

This is to be achieved through close engagement with the various 'on the ground' super users throughout the region as well as taking a lead role in the central global service desk (based in Mexico) to ensure that calls are being dealt with in a timely and effective manner.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Proven experience in a Senior Analyst or Team Lead role within a global support function
* Experience with ServiceNow
* An HDI or ITIL Certification

Some Key selling points of the role are:

* Working from home (95% of the time)
* The chance to make a difference in terms of regional hand-overs and general service and process improvement
