Helpdesk Analyst - 1st line support, Law firm

Helpdesk Analyst required by fast growing London law firm to join their IT team providing 1st line support to their user base. As a Helpdesk Analyst you'll work in a team responsible for delivering a high quality support service to users of all levels on a variety of IT issues including Windows OS, MS Office, Email / User Accounts, mobile devices, laptops and PCs, and more.

Candidates must demonstrate initiative and problem solving skills, combined with a focus on customer service. You should be passionate about meeting user's requirements using the right resources and applying commercial insight to help meet their needs. In return, you will get to work with a wide range of technologies alongside a friendly and dedicated team, in a great environment.

Responsibilities include:

* Working on the help desk receiving and resolving support calls & emails
* Creating user accounts, updating/resetting passwords, administering systems access
* Troubleshooting problems remotely and escalating internal service desk related issues to onsite technicians if required
* Providing work-arounds and solutions to get users working quickly
* Escalating advanced calls to more senior members of the IT Team
* Keeping users up to date on the progress of their issues

* Blackberry and iPhone devices
