Business Development Executive - urgent requirement for a 6 month contract in global law firm aligned to emerging markets and private equity.

In this Business Development Executive role you will work in a 6 month contract aligned to emerging markets, particularly Africa and private equity. You will cover the full marketing mix including bids, market research, client relationship management and supporting partners on targeting and cross-selling initiatives as well as campaigns and profile raising initiatives.
Most importantly there is a knowledge management element to the role where you will analyse legal and regulatory developments in Africa and prepare briefings for the lawyers so that they can advise their clients on international investment in the region. You will therefore be a qualified lawyer or at the very least have a law degree and have worked as a paralegal in a large international law firm and have had some exposure to business development and putting together bids, proposals and credentials.
