A highly reputable and full service law firm are looking for an Events Assistant to work in their London office. This is an opportunity for someone with experience in an events focused role to work in a very busy, fast paced role.
The Events Assistant will help organise all of the firms’ nationwide events, both internal and external including seminars, client training, networking, corporate hospitality and exhibitions. You will support the events process, research and invite attendees and liaise with the facilities team to organise catering.
You will work closely with the marketing team to coordinate marketing collateral for events and organise speakers for the events. As part of the role you have responsibility to monitor event budgets, attend events and carry out post event evaluations.
The successful candidate will have previous events experience ideally from a professional services background. You will have exposure to assisting with events and experience liaising with stakeholders as well as communicating with various teams in the firm.
