Our client is an international property consultancy, and they are looking for an HR Manager to join their West End office and providing support for the firm’s regional UK offices. Duties for the role will include:
* Working in conjunction with the HR team on processes including salary reviews and appraisals
* Day to day issues including disciplinary and grievances, recruitment and the maintenance of the firm’s HR systems
* Focus on the firm’s Graduate Recruitment process to include marketing campaigns, hosting graduate recruitment days and correspondence with key Universities
* Management of Learning & Development, coordination of the design and delivery of training programmes across UK offices
To apply for this role, strong generalist HR experience gained within a professional services environment is essential. You must have an interest in Learning & Development and experience with Graduate Recruitment.
