This role will report to the Head of HR and will support two practice groups with responsibility for ensuring effective expert advice, guidance and support is provided across all HR issues.
The responsibilities of the role will include, but not be limited to, business partnering with the leaders in the group providing expert advice on people issues; working closely with resourcing colleagues to support the resourcing process for roles; managing the annual appraisal process and supporting managers to deliver effective performance management messages; manage the annual salary process and acting as an expert on employee relations advice. In addition the role will also manage an HR Advisor and be involved in any firm wide projects.
To be considered for this role you will have experience of business partnering a demanding client group, with experience gained in the legal sector or wider professional services. You will be able to demonstrate having worked on a range of complex employee relations issues in the past and possess a relevant HR qualification, or have equitable on-job experience. You will also be able to demonstrate having worked with, including communicate effectively with, and influencing senior stakeholders.
