An excellent opening has arisen for an experienced Digital Executive to join the Business Development Team of a leading international law firm on a fixed term maternity cover contract. The firm is supported by an outstanding brand and is renowned in the sector for being very different. You will be responsible for:

* Providing primary support to all CRM system and email marketing tool users via telephone, email and in person, including one-on-one or group training and helping to produce and maintain user guides
* Identifying and helping to resolve issues by liaising with our Technology department and our external email marketing tool provider
* Helping to manage the quality of data in the CRM
* Jointly managing the Digital team and branded email subscription mailboxes
* Producing branded emails, surveys and invitations
* Managing client mail-outs via our email marketing tool
* Monitoring Bouncebacks
* Assisting with major CRM projects, including data cleanses and software updates and upgrades
* Managing firm-wide distribution lists for mail-outs
* Generating CRM and email analytics reports to assist partners and the broader Business
* Development team with client relationship management
* Supporting the delivery of group-based initiatives, including alumni events
* Providing guidance on best practice for CRM use and email marketing
* Helping to implement the firm’s alumni programme, including driving internal engagement, creating and monitoring alumni contact records, and coordinating alumni initiatives such as newsletters
* Supporting the Digital Platforms team with website updates on an ad hoc basis

The role holder will join a highly regarded team and will require an excellent academic background allied to previous professional services experience, to include working with CRM systems and use of email marketing tools. Confident, pro-active and organised with a high attention to detail and excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skill, the successful candidate will also have the proven ability to prioritise their own workload to manage multiple deliverables within a tight timeframe and deliver high quality work with limited supervision.
